BUZZKIKI — WALLET TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 22/06/2026 These Terms govern the use of the Buzzkiki Wallet (“Wallet”) within the Buzzkiki platform. By using the Wallet, you agree to these Terms, the Buzzkiki Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all related policies.

1. What Is the Buzzkiki Wallet

The Buzzkiki Wallet is your secure in‑platform balance. It stores real money you receive from:

• Converted Points

• Shop sales

• Creator earnings

• Future Buzzkiki features

The Wallet is not a bank account, but a digital balance used within the Buzzkiki ecosystem.

2. Adding Money to Your Wallet

You may add money to your Wallet by:

• Converting Buzzkiki Points

• Add money via debit or credit card

• Receiving Shop earnings

• Receiving creator‑related payments (Monetisation)

Buzzkiki may introduce additional top‑up methods in the future.

3. Converting Points Into Wallet Balance

Users may convert earned Points into Wallet balance at the fixed rate:

1,000 Points = £1.00

Once converted:

• The amount becomes Wallet balance

• The conversion is final

• Wallet balance is governed by these Terms

4. Using Your Wallet Balance

Wallet balance may be used for:

• Shop purchases

• Creator features

• Future Buzzkiki services

• Withdrawals (subject to verification)

Wallet balance cannot be transferred to other users.

5. Withdrawals

You may withdraw Wallet funds to an approved payment method, subject to:

• Identity verification

• Anti‑fraud checks

• Minimum withdrawal thresholds

• Applicable fees (if any)

Buzzkiki may delay or block withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Verification Requirements

To protect users and comply with UK regulations, Buzzkiki may require:

• Identity verification

• Age verification

• Address confirmation

• Additional documentation for high‑value transactions

Failure to complete verification may limit Wallet functionality.

7. Fees

Most Wallet actions are free. If any fees apply (e.g., certain withdrawal methods), they will be clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction.

Buzzkiki does not charge hidden fees.

8. Security & Fraud Protection

Buzzkiki uses:

• Encryption

• Fraud monitoring

• Identity checks

• Behavioural analysis

to protect Wallet balances.

Buzzkiki may freeze Wallet funds if:

• Fraud is suspected

• Chargebacks occur

• Policy violations are detected

• Legal requests require it

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Wallet for:

• Money laundering

• Fraudulent activity

• Unauthorised transactions

• Selling prohibited goods

• Circumventing Buzzkiki rules

Violations may result in Wallet freezes, account suspension, or permanent bans.

10. Adjustments & Reversals

Buzzkiki may adjust Wallet balances if:

• Funds were earned through prohibited behaviour

• A transaction is reversed

• A technical error occurred

• A user violates Buzzkiki policies

Buzzkiki’s decision on adjustments is final.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated:

• Wallet funds may be frozen pending investigation

• Fraudulent or invalid earnings may be removed

• Remaining legitimate funds may be withdrawn (subject to verification)

Severe violations may result in forfeiture of Wallet funds.

12. Inactive Accounts

Buzzkiki may restrict or close Wallets on accounts that are inactive for extended periods. Users will be notified before any action is taken.

13. Changes to the Wallet System

Buzzkiki may modify:

• Wallet features

• Withdrawal methods

• Fees

• Verification requirements

• Supported currencies

Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

14. Liability

Buzzkiki is not liable for:

• Losses caused by user error

• Delays due to verification

• Third‑party payment provider issues

• Technical problems outside Buzzkiki’s control

Wallet funds are not insured or guaranteed by any government body.
