1. Introduction
As a creator on Buzzkiki, you play a central role in shaping the culture, safety, and wellbeing of our community. This Creator Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect from all creators who publish content, engage with fans, or monetise their work on the Platform.
By becoming a creator, you agree to follow this Code, our Terms of Service, Safety Policy, Community Guidelines, and Digital Wellbeing Policy.
Our goal is to support creators in building positive, safe, and sustainable communities.
2. Who Can Be a Creator
To become a creator on Buzzkiki, you must be:

18 or older, or

Under 18 with a parent/guardian managing the creator account on your behalf.
Creators must complete any required age‑assurance or identity verification steps.
3. Core Creator Responsibilities
Creators must:

Follow all Buzzkiki policies

Treat fans and other users with respect
-
Create content that is safe, legal, and non‑harmful
-
Protect fan data and privacy
-
Deliver promised benefits and subscriptions
-
Maintain transparent and honest communication
-
Use monetisation features responsibly
-
Promote positive digital culture
Creators are role models on the Platform — your behaviour sets the tone for your community.
4. Content Standards
Creators must not publish or promote:
4.1 Illegal Content
Including but not limited to:

Child sexual abuse material

Terrorism content
-
Hate crime content
-
Revenge pornography
-
Fraud or scams
-
Incitement to violence
4.2 Harmful Content
Especially for users aged 16–17:

Bullying or harassment
-
Hate speech
-
Self‑harm or suicide content
-
Dangerous challenges
-
Graphic violence
-
Manipulative or exploitative behaviour
4.3 Sexual Content
Buzzkiki does not allow:

Sexual content involving real people

Nudity intended to arouse

Sexual services or solicitation
4.4 Intellectual Property Violations
Creators must only upload content they own or have permission to use.
5. Community Behaviour
Creators must:

Engage respectfully with fans

Avoid abusive or aggressive behaviour

Not encourage harassment or pile‑ons

Not target individuals or groups
-
Not use their platform to shame, threaten, or intimidate others

Not encourage unhealthy or dangerous behaviour
Creators are expected to model positive, inclusive, and supportive interactions.
6. Monetisation Responsibilities
Creators must:

Clearly describe what fans will receive

Deliver promised benefits in a timely manner

Not mislead fans about products or services
-
Not use manipulative tactics to drive purchases
-
Not offer raffles, gambling, or chance‑based rewards
-
Not sell counterfeit or unsafe goods
Creators must comply with all tax, financial, and legal obligations.
7. Protecting Fan Data
Creators must:

Keep fan information confidential

Not export, sell, or misuse fan data

Not pressure fans to share personal information
-
Not move fans to unsafe or unregulated platforms
Creators must follow UK GDPR and Buzzkiki’s Privacy Policy.
8. Digital Wellbeing Expectations
Creators must:

Avoid content that promotes unhealthy behaviour

Not encourage excessive screen time
-
Not use dark patterns or manipulative engagement loops
-
Promote positive, realistic, and supportive messaging
-
Use Buzzkiki’s wellbeing tools responsibly
Creators should help fans feel safe, supported, and empowered.
9. Safety Collaboration
Creators agree to:

Report harmful or illegal content

Cooperate with Buzzkiki’s safety team

Participate in safety reviews when required
-
Follow guidance from Buzzkiki on safety improvements
Creators who repeatedly violate safety rules may lose monetisation or access.
10. Transparency & Authenticity
Creators must:

Be honest about who they are
-
Not impersonate others
-
Not misrepresent qualifications or expertise
-
Clearly label sponsored or promotional content
-
Disclose paid partnerships where required by law
Authenticity builds trust — and trust builds community.
11. Prohibited Creator Activities
Creators may not:

Encourage fans to break the law

Promote extremist or hateful ideologies
-
Engage in financial deception
-
Use bots or fake engagement
-
Exploit vulnerable users
-
Pressure fans into purchases
-
Use Buzzkiki to recruit for harmful groups

Circumvent age‑assurance or safety systems
12. Enforcement & Consequences
If a creator violates this Code, Buzzkiki may take action including:

Feature restrictions

Monetisation suspension

Temporary account suspension

Permanent account removal
-
Reporting illegal activity to authorities
We enforce rules consistently and without discrimination.
Creators may appeal enforcement decisions.
