1. Welcome to Buzzkiki
Buzzkiki is a social platform for people aged 16 and over, built to be safe, positive, creative, and community‑driven. These Community Guidelines explain what is and isn’t allowed on the Platform. They apply to everyone — fans, creators, and visitors.
Our goal is simple: Create a digital space where people can connect, create, and express themselves without fear of harm.
If you see something that violates these Guidelines, please report it.
2. Core Principles
Everything on Buzzkiki is built around five principles:
1. Safety First
No bullying, harassment, hate, or harmful behaviour.
2. Respect Others
Treat people with kindness and dignity.
3. Be Authentic
No impersonation, deception, or manipulation.
4. Protect Privacy
Respect your own privacy and the privacy of others.
5. Create Positively
Share content that uplifts, inspires, or entertains — not content that harms.
3. Age Requirements
Buzzkiki is for users aged 16+. We use age‑assurance measures to verify this. If we cannot verify your age, we may restrict or suspend access.
Creators offering paid content must be 18+, or have a parent/guardian managing the account.
4. Illegal Content — Zero Tolerance
You may not post, share, or promote content that is illegal under UK law, including:
· Child sexual abuse material
· Terrorism content
· Hate crime content
· Revenge pornography
· Fraud, scams, or financial deception
· Incitement to violence
· Distribution of illegal drugs
· Human trafficking content
We remove illegal content and may report it to law enforcement.
5. Harmful Content (16–17 Protections)
Buzzkiki applies enhanced protections for users aged 16–17.
We may restrict, warn, or reduce visibility of content involving:
· Bullying or harassment
· Hate speech
· Self‑harm or suicide references
· Violence or graphic imagery
· Dangerous challenges or behaviour
· Sexual content (non‑explicit)
· Content likely to cause psychological harm
We may also apply wellbeing nudges or safety prompts.
6. Bullying, Harassment & Abuse
We do not allow:
· Insults, slurs, or degrading language
· Targeted harassment
· Coordinated attacks
· Threats of harm
· Doxxing or revealing private information
· Stalking or unwanted contact
· Encouraging others to harass someone
If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop immediately.
7. Hate Speech & Discrimination
You may not attack or demean people based on:
· Race or ethnicity
· Nationality
· Religion or belief
· Disability
· Gender or gender identity
· Sexual orientation
· Age
· Immigration status
· Any protected characteristic under UK law
We remove hate speech and may restrict accounts that repeatedly violate this rule.
8. Self‑Harm, Suicide & Dangerous Behaviour
We do not allow:
· Content encouraging self‑harm or suicide
· Instructions or tips for self‑harm
· Content that glorifies or normalises dangerous behaviour
· Encouraging others to harm themselves
Supportive or recovery‑focused content is allowed, but must be handled sensitively.
If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
9. Sexual Content & Nudity
Buzzkiki is a 16+ platform, so we apply strict rules:
Not allowed
· Sexual content involving real people
· Nudity intended to arouse
· Sexual services or solicitation
· Sexual exploitation
· Sharing intimate images without consent
Allowed
· Non‑sexual artistic nudity
· Educational content
· Discussions about relationships, identity, or wellbeing
Creators must follow additional monetisation rules.
10. Violence & Graphic Content
We do not allow:
· Graphic violence
· Gore
· Violent threats
· Encouraging violent acts
· Depictions intended to shock or disturb
Non‑graphic depictions (e.g., sports injuries, news commentary) may be allowed with warnings.
11. Misinformation & Deception
You may not:
· Spread harmful misinformation
· Impersonate individuals or organisations
· Use fake accounts or bots
· Manipulate engagement
· Mislead fans about benefits or products
Creators must be transparent about what they offer.
12. Spam, Scams & Fraud
Not allowed:
· Spam messages or comments
· Phishing attempts
· Fake giveaways
· Pyramid schemes
· Selling counterfeit goods
· Misusing the platform for financial deception
13. Intellectual Property
You may not post content that infringes someone else’s rights.
Allowed:
· Your own original content
· Content you have permission to use
· Content covered by fair use (in limited cases)
Not allowed:
· Uploading copyrighted content without permission
· Using someone else’s likeness without consent
14. Creator Responsibilities
Creators must:
· Follow all safety rules
· Protect fan data
· Deliver promised benefits
· Avoid harmful or exploitative content
· Not offer raffles, gambling, or chance‑based rewards
· Not encourage dangerous behaviour
· Not use their platform to harass or target others
Creators who violate these rules may lose monetisation or access.
15. Reporting & Enforcement
If you see something harmful, report it.
We review reports promptly and may take action including:
· Content removal
· Warning notices
· Feature restrictions
· Temporary suspension
· Permanent account bans
We enforce rules consistently and without discrimination.
You may appeal any enforcement action.
16. Safety by Design
Buzzkiki includes built‑in safety features:
· Real‑time content filtering
· Anti‑bullying tools
· No infinite scroll
· No dark patterns
· Wellbeing nudges
· Age‑appropriate privacy settings
· Human‑in‑the‑loop moderation
· Behavioural risk detection
These features evolve as the platform grows.
17. Protecting Your Privacy
Do not share:
· Your home address
· Phone number
· Financial information
· Private conversations
· Sensitive personal details
Respect the privacy of others.
18. Consequences for Violations
Depending on severity, we may:
· Remove content
· Issue warnings
· Restrict features
· Suspend accounts
· Permanently ban accounts
· Report illegal activity to authorities
Repeated or severe violations result in permanent removal.
19. Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines to reflect:
· Changes in law
· Safety improvements
· Platform updates
We will notify users when changes are significant.
