BUZZKIKI — POINTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 22/06/2026 These Terms govern the use, earning, conversion, and management of Buzzkiki Points (“Points”) within the Buzzkiki platform.

1. What Are Buzzkiki Points

Buzzkiki Points are a virtual reward system earned through positive activity on the platform. Points have monetary value and may be converted into Wallet balance in accordance with these Terms.

Points are not legal tender, do not accrue interest, and cannot be transferred between users.

2. How Points Are Earned

Users may earn Points through specific in‑platform actions, including:

• New comments on your post — the post author earns Points for each new comment.

• New reactions on your post — the post author earns Points for each new reaction.

• New followers — users earn Points for each new follower they gain.

Buzzkiki may introduce additional earning methods or remove existing ones at any time.

3. Daily Earning Cap

To maintain fairness and prevent abuse, Buzzkiki enforces a daily Points cap. Once a user reaches the cap, no further Points will be awarded until the next day.

The cap amount may be adjusted at Buzzkiki’s discretion.

4. Monetary Value of Points

Points have a fixed conversion value:

1,000 Points = £1.00

Buzzkiki may update this rate in the future, but any changes will be communicated clearly before taking effect.

5. Converting Points to Wallet Balance

Users may convert earned Points into real money by transferring them into their Buzzkiki Wallet.

Once converted:

• The amount becomes Wallet balance

• Wallet balance is subject to Wallet Terms

• Conversion is final and cannot be reversed

6. Use of Wallet Balance

Converted funds may be used for:

• Shop purchases

• Creator features

• Future Buzzkiki services

• Withdrawals (subject to verification)

Wallet usage is governed by the Wallet Terms & Conditions.

7. Restrictions & Prohibited Behaviour

Users may not:

• Artificially inflate engagement

• Use bots, fake accounts, or coordinated manipulation

• Engage in spam or fraudulent behaviour

• Attempt to exploit the Points system

Buzzkiki may remove Points, freeze accounts, or take enforcement action if misuse is detected.

8. Points Removal & Adjustments

Buzzkiki may remove or adjust Points if:

• They were earned through prohibited behaviour

• A technical error occurred

• A post, reaction, or follower is removed

• A user violates Buzzkiki policies

Buzzkiki’s decision on Points adjustments is final.

9. Expiration & Retention

Points do not expire. However, Buzzkiki may deactivate or remove Points from inactive or banned accounts.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated for violating Buzzkiki policies:

• Unconverted Points may be forfeited

• Wallet balance may be frozen pending investigation

• Fraudulent earnings will be removed

11. Changes to the Points System

Buzzkiki may modify:

• Earning methods

• Daily caps

• Conversion rates

• Eligibility rules

• System features

Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

12. Liability

Buzzkiki is not responsible for:

• Loss of Points due to user error

• Technical issues outside Buzzkiki’s control

• Third‑party actions affecting engagement

Points have no cash value until converted into Wallet balance.
